Hotels, guides, maps, payments, and Google Sign-In are provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. KHOOJ is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

KHOOJ branding, software, and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission. User-submitted content remains yours; you grant KHOOJ a licence to host and display it for operating the Service.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KHOOJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, travel decisions, or reliance on listed information.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using KHOOJ at any time.
